Through individualized sessions in person or via telephone or skype, Carolyn uses the art of sacred conversation to help mothers become empowered to create healing for themselves and therefore, their families.

Use individual coaching sessions to:

-Allow yourself to be heard at a deeper level than everyday conversation invites.

-Reclaim the parts of yourself that you’ve lost touch with since becoming a mother.

-Connect with and create new parts of yourself you’re now ready to embrace.

-Learn techniques for bringing about the change you’d like to see for yourself and your family.

-Transform anxiety into peaceful and powerful action.

-Help you to find that ever-elusive balance between caring for yourself while caring for others.

-Support you in more effectively managing difficult emotions such as anxiety and depression.

-Support you in connecting more deeply to your values so you are able to relate
to your family and community in a way that is helpful and grounded rather than reactive.

-Work with you to create a life in which you and your family can thrive.

-Help you feel less isolated in your role is a mother.
