Terms and Conditions

Individiual coaching sessions will be conducted via telephone or skype, whichever the client prefers, at a time both the client and Carolyn have agreed upon.  If the client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, Carolyn must be given at least 24 hours notice prior to the originally scheduled appointment, or the payment for that appointment will be forfited. If Carolyn must cancel or reschedule an appointment, the payment for that appointment will be refunded to the client or applied to a rescheduled appointment, whichever the client prefers.

**Note: Individual Peaceful Mama Coaching Sessions are NOT therapy sessions. If you are experiencing symptoms of severe mental illness, such as severe depression, post-partum depression, mania or psychosis, please contact your local metal health provider.
